I’m was referred to Mira Flores by a friend. I had a wonderful introduction and tour from Karen A. Absolutely checked all my boxes! I needed a one bedroom with immediate occupancy but unfortunately there was not one available! Love the amenities and location! Very pretty!
Absolute disappointment. Classics bait and switch, my finance and I flew all the here to sign our lease and when we arrived at the office the same UN-RENOVATED unit somehow mysteriously increased over $500 per month? Very shady ordeal.
We love living at Mira Flores. The community is beautiful and well taken care of. We have had a few maintenance requests since moving in June, but they are always taken care of in a timely manner. The staff are all kind, caring, and compassionate.
Usually I don’t like to right reviews but I could miss out this place! This is a perfect place to rent! If you like beaches, some motion but in the same time want to find something quiet and cozy you have to move in here!
The office stuff are amazing! Danny and Karen are super friendly and professional! All the maintenance requests are done very fast and well. Area around is clean and beautiful, especially I love the pool! There is a very beautiful club house with the free coffee and I love to take a cup and to walk around the lake. Also the view are terrific with the fountains! Especially on a sunset.
Also I like holidays celebrations. You can enjoy delicious snacks and meet your neighbors))
WholeFoods right across the street and the movie theater in Downtown as well, a lots of restaurants and boutique stores. I love that a don’t have to take a car)) Definitely recommend!!!
I’m in love with this place! Couldn’t find anything better than Mira Flores for my baby! It’s super friendly, clean and beautiful community! We moved in here right before Christmas and it’s not a long term yet but I didn’t find any problems yet)) The biggest factor for me was that they have a kids playground. It’s small but it’s totally enough for my babygirl. I like that it’s gated and secure. Also there are a lot of cute ducks on the lake and we love to walk every day to watch birdies)) And it’s cool that only five minutes away a carousel and a train in Downtown!
Absolutely love this community, our apartment & the staff is outstanding. The maintenance team is quick to respond & so friendly. Karen is absolutely amazing & goes the extra mile to find you the right home. We are close to beaches, restaurants, shopping & more! What's not to love about Mira Flores!
Very Expensive, for some units with inefficient and very old Air conditioning that increases your light bill. Although, they did a good job with renovations the units and the place are well kept. I love the big kitchen sink and the space in the bedrooms. love my apartment and everything about living at Mira Flores except for the AC. Other than that and if you are lucky, I recommend it!!! Ask for Unit with New AC. Then you really love it here!!!
Great place! Super comfortable location with the grocery store and restaurants. Only 10 min to the beach, where I love to make drone pictures and videos. Close to West Palm beach( I95 Highway is 5 min away). Good that it’s also not far from the Fort Lauderdale airport.
The gym is terrific and I love to play basketball (it’s behind the glass wall and the ball doesn’t fly away the court). Sometimes I’m using the office to print some papers. Office team is very polite and professional.
The area around is well maintained and very comfortable for jogging or riding a bike.
